Who We Are

Glorious has been a pioneer in the gaming hardware industry for more than a decade. Since 2014, we’ve grown from our humble beginnings as a team of one in Dallas, TX to a worldwide organization with team members in more than 15 countries.

We’re best known for our lightweight gaming mice and our modular, fully customizable mechanical keyboards. We also offer switches, keycaps, mousepads, and other gaming accessories. For all our products, our customers know we’ll deliver the highest quality and elite-level performance, all backed by 24/7 support.

Hiring Process

Contact Us

1. Application Review

Once submitted, the hiring team will review your application and resume according to the requirements of the role. Even if not selected to move forward, you’ll receive a response from us about your application.

2. Recruiter Interview

If the team sees potential alignment, a member of HR will reach out to schedule a 30 minute call. Bring along any questions you may have – we’ll give you plenty of time to ask them.

3. Manager Interview

The hiring manager will schedule an interview to discuss your experience and interest on a deeper level. This is another great chance to ask questions!

4. Peer & Leadership Interview(s)

Depending on the role, you may speak with another Glorious team member or the Department Head. Candidates for management roles will also have a final call with the Head of Human Resources.

5. Offer

The last step before joining Glorious is the job offer process. All offers are contingent on the completion of standard background checks, proof of identity, and authorization to work in the country of employment. Once completed, the onboarding process will begin.

An important note about recruitment scams: Our hiring process is handled through an applicant tracking system. We do not use platforms like Upwork and WhatsApp to contact candidates, and will never ask you for payment as part of the recruitment process.
