Product was good everything I came with works property the feel to the mouse is undeniably better than my previous mouse. The software that can be downloaded from the main page was not working properly tried to remove it and reinstall but it did not work...

Great Product! You get what you paid for. Heads up though, it is quite a small mouse so if you have smaller hands I wouldn't recommend it. I might return because of the size 😞.
