February is shaping up to be an absolute powerhouse when it comes to game releases, and so, to make sure we’re up for the task, this will be a bigger edition than usual, covering more titles, to make sure you don’t miss a thing.
From strategy to sports games, passing through RPGs and action games, this month has it all, so no matter your preferred genre, there's something exciting waiting for you.
With that said, let's dive right into February's biggest game releases - we've got a lot to cover!
Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
We’re kicking things off with the highly anticipated sequel to an absolute classic.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance II, the sequel to the action RPG of the same name published in 2018, continues the story of Henry, the blacksmith’s son, in an open-world adventure set in 15th-century Central Bohemia.
This time, Henry is pitted against Roman Emperor Sigismund and his allies in a brutal civil war, exploring areas like the Bohemian Paradise and the city of Kutná Hora, as this is set to be the last chapter in Henry’s story.
The gameplay stays true to its first-person roots, with intelligent NPCs who react to the player's actions, shaping Henry’s development throughout the story. New features in the sequel include crossbows, early firearms, and expanded dialogue skills, all designed to enhance the immersive experience. Building on the strong foundations of its predecessor, Kingdom Come: Deliverance II promises to take the series to the next level.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance II is set to release on February 4.
Sid Meier’s Civilization VII
This one’s for all the turn-based strategy fans out there.
Sid Meier’s Civilization VII is coming to take the mantle once more in the strategy genre, offering players the chance to guide a civilization from its humble beginnings to a dominant global power. As with previous installments, players will navigate through challenges, build empires, and pursue different victory conditions, all while customizing leaders and civilizations with unique traits.
The new entry in the franchise will introduce a new and simplified historical era system, divided into antiquity, exploration, and modern eras. Independent factions can emerge during antiquity and can evolve into city-states based on the player's decisions, adding even more layers of strategy.
Sid Meier’s Civilization VII is coming on February 11.
PGA Tour 2K25
Now, let’s give a shout out to the sports enthusiasts.
PGA Tour, the top golf sim in the market, returns in 2025 with a host of exciting new features and improvements that enhance the premium golf experience fans know and love.
The main innovation resides in the introduction of EvoSwing, a new swing system designed to replicate the feel of handling a golf club. Along with improved shot types, ball physics, and visuals, PGA Tour 2K25 offers the most realistic golf experience yet.
For the first time, the game introduces Major Championships, giving new life to the MyPlayer and MyCareer modes. Players can enjoy deeper customization, new skill trees, and a progression system for equipment upgrades. Plus, the revamped Seasons feature continuous updates, with challenges, ranked leaderboards, and regular content drops.
PGA Tour 2K25 releases on February 28 with early access beginning on February 21 for Deluxe and Legend Edition owners.
Monster Hunter Wilds
Monster Hunter Wilds, the highly anticipated successor to Monster Hunter: World, takes the beast-slaying action RPG franchise to new heights.
Set in the Forbidden Lands, the game features multiple biomes, offering expansive open areas for exploration, where players can seamlessly transition between wild landscapes and hunter villages to craft, gather supplies, and embark on quests.
Wilds retains all 14 weapon types from World, alongside a returning Slinger with added features. The Focus mode has also been improved, with players now able to target specific monster body parts, exploiting weaknesses for extra damage. Similarly to World, the new iteration will support four-player multiplayer, with AI-controlled allies available for solo players.
Monster Hunter Wilds is also set to release on February 28.
Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered
Last but not least, a remaster of a classic franchise.
A remastered compilation of three classic Tomb Raider games - The Last Revelation, Chronicles, and The Angel of Darkness - is coming for modern platforms, with the aim of improving visuals and gameplay while preserving the darker atmosphere of the original entries.
When it comes to gameplay, Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered continues the series' tradition of action-adventure exploration, where players control Lara Croft as she embarks on quests to find ancient artifacts, navigating various environments from a third-person perspective. Many of the returning trademark gameplay elements feature the dual pistols, climbing, and swinging.
You’ll be able to jump into Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered when it releases on February 14.
